In 2006 Wolfgand Knoll and Martin Hechinger from Stuttgart (Germany) made this book where they present the german high qualityand detailed architectural models. Great investment for professionals and students. Lots of hints.

Book published by Princeton Press featured on Archimodels. Megan Werner (the author) has her own models practice in California and she also teaches in college. She makes probably the best book on architectural models that I know, showing how to make professional and good looking architectural models, all tricks and materials.
